DIYARBAKIR CASTLE MUSEUM

Most of the artefacts from Diyarbakır and its surroundings belonging to the Hittite, Assyrian, Roman, Byzantine, Artuqid, Akkoyunlu and Ottoman periods are exhibited in this museum, where artefacts from the Neolithic Age are also exhibited.
 
The number of archaeological and ethnographic works in the museum exceeds 10.000.
