THE ATATURK UNIVERSITY BIODIVERSITY SCIENCE MUSEUM

The Ataturk University Biodiversity Science Museum, which houses, exhibits, and conducts scientific research on a collection of 250,000 specimens from 10,000 species gathered over 60 years, features a replica collection of giant mammoths, dinosaurs, and whales, as well as numerous species of plants, insects, mammals, reptiles, fish, crabs, lobsters, corals, and fossils dating back millions of years.

In the museum, millions of years old fossils are displayed in 7 special display cases made by Fibula. The museum is the first and only one of its kind in Turkey.
